Are you guys legit?

If by "legit", you mean "a real company", then yes. Bling Army is a real company conducting business from Litchfield County, Connecticut, in the United States. We have successfully fulfilled over 35,000 orders since early 2017 and have grown to become one of the leading hip hop jewelry brands in the world. What is your return/refund policy? 

Please read the following scenarios carefully to determine your eligibility for a return or refund.

  • Items that have been worn and/or used may not be returned and are not eligible for a refund of any kind.
  • Returns of new merchandise due to the customer changing their mind or because they are simply not satisfied with the purchase are accepted within 14 days of delivery and must be in unworn, brand new condition along with the original packaging. The customer is responsible to ship the item back at their cost and will be refunded after confirmation of receiving the return. Bling Army holds the right to refuse a refund if the product returned has signs of wear and/or obvious use. Bling Army's years of experience selling hip hop jewelry will be at sole discretion to make this final decision.
  • In the event your jewelry arrives damaged or broken upon delivery, please send us an email at theblingarmy@gmail.com with a clear picture showing the damage. After we assess the damage, we can either issue a full refund or re-ship the item(s) that were ordered, whichever you prefer.
  • In the event your order gets lost in transit or is presumed lost, provided we were provided with a valid and complete shipping address, we will promptly issue a full refund or re-ship the item(s) that were ordered, whichever you prefer.
  • In the event your order gets lost in transit or is presumed lost due to being provided with an incomplete shipping address and does NOT get returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement of any kind. This will show up in the tracking information as "undeliverable as addressed". Sometimes the package will get returned to us by the USPS, sometimes it never makes it back to us. If we don't receive the package back, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement of any kind. If we do receive it back, refer to #6 below. We are required to ship to the exact address provided to us at checkout and it cannot be changed or edited in any manner. The customer holds the full responsibility in providing Bling Army with an accurate and complete shipping address.  Examples of incomplete shipping addresses include but are not limited to: missing apartment or unit numbers, entering the wrong town or city, or entering the wrong house number.
  • In the event your order is undeliverable as addressed (incomplete address) but is successfully returned to us, we will contact you and determine whether a full refund or re-ship is preferred. We will not re-ship to the same address provided to us originally but will if you provide us with further information that was missing (e.g. apartment or unit number).
  • Due to the sanitary nature of the item (mouth jewelry), all grillz are sold as is and without any warranties or guarantees of any kind and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded if they have been used, opened, or gone through the molding process. Grillz that have not been used or molded are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery as stated in the above scenario #2.

Are your products made out of real gold and diamonds?

Every product on BlingArmy.com is produced with the highest quality materials, including a lead/nickel free brass base and plated in 14 or 18 karat gold. Our jewelry may look like authentic gold or silver pieces, but it is NOT fine jewelry. Depending on the item, our jewelry consists of a thin gold, silver, or rhodium plating applied to a brass base metal. The diamonds used in all of our pieces are AAA lab simulated cubic zirconia diamonds. They are not authentic diamonds or precise gemstones. However, they are created with the utmost attention to detail to capture the shine and sparkle of real diamonds for a fraction of the cost. Our jewelry looks, feels, and shines like real gold jewelry.

Where is my order? / I only got part of my order?

You will receive a second email containing tracking information once your order ships. This typically comes within 24-72hrs of your purchase. Bling Army strives to bring its customers the highest quality jewelry and we do this by drop-shipping through many of the most reputable jewelry suppliers in the United States. Due to this, your items may ship separately and arrive at slightly different times. If you notice you have multiple tracking numbers in your shipping confirmation email, this is the case.

My item says delivered but I never got it, what should I do?

We ship to the exact address you provide to us at checkout and unfortunately, once the United States Postal Service marks the package as delivered, we are no longer liable for the package. Please contact your local USPS office and they will help you with locating your package. If your package gets lost in the shipping process due to not providing us with a complete shipping address, you will not be eligible for a refund.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept every major credit and debit card including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payment is processed by Stripe, an industry leading online payment processing service. Bling Army and Stripe will never store or hold any of your payment information.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. International shipping is a flat rate fee of $20.

How long does shipping and processing take?

Shipping within the United States is handled via USPS and takes on average 4-8 business days after processing (2-3 business days). 

International shipping is handled via USPS First Class or Priority Mail International and can take anywhere from 7-21 business days.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a second email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped. Keep in mind processing may take 2-3 business days.

Bling Army will not be held responsible for any damages resulting in the use of these grillz including but not limited to incidental, punitive, or accidental damages. Our grillz are intended for decoration and entertainment purposes only and are never intended for the replacement of natural teeth or fillings. Bling Army hereby disclaims any and all liability from injuries resulting from the improper use of this product. By purchasing grillz from this site, you are agreeing to this policy.
